At Paridhanika by Neha, we are beginners in this journey but are fully committed to providing authentic, premium-quality products with the best materials available in the market.

Because of the nature of our products and strict quality checks, we currently do not provide refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened without cuts or edits.
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
